To benefit ALL members, please cancel an OUTDOOR court if not using - see Club Rules (4.1) on website for more information or ask in office. You will be charged for a non cancelled court. Do not book outdoor and then decide to play indoor if available or attend social tennis (restrictions apply) without cancellation of the outdoor court.
If bringing in a GUEST to play, this should be added at time of booking - fees apply. Please note, 2 visits permitted per season, then expected to join.
